.HOW TO ORDER ARTWORK: Please email or call me if you would like a commission art. I work with galleries and businesses as well as private clients. I am reliable and experienced, as you can see by my resume, I have done a variety of work for various employers and clients. I will need time to do artwork, so plan ahead.
PLAN AHEAD FOR COMMISSIONING ARTWORK: Please allow sufficient time when planning to commission artwork for a gift. I work on artwork in the order that I receive the deposit for the commission. The time to finish will depend on what style of artwork you are interested in purchasing and the number of orders ahead of your artwork. The more detail involved, the more time it will take. Photorealistic colored pencil art is very time consuming, as well as detailed oil paintings. Also oils take about a month to dry sufficiently for packaging for shipping, They actually do not dry thoroughly for a year to 2 years depending on conditions, however can be shipped after a few weeks depending on size. Never put anything on the surface of your oil painting.

USPS MONEY ORDER: United States Postal Service .... Money Order. Get at your local post office.
CHARGE CARD: Paypal If you would like to use a charge card with me, you can charge by using Paypal.com. There will be a 3.5% processing fee when using Paypal / charge card (unless stated otherwise). Paypal.com will process your order. All information is given to them. I never have access to your charge card information. I can have them bill you via your email address to use your charge .
I do NOT have a 'shopping cart' on my site because there are too many variables, such as tax depending on what state you live in, shipping weight of different size artwork, etc.

OVERSEAS (Clients other than USA): charge card payment only.
SHIPPING US: II prefer to ship US Postal Service. Shipping cost is based on size and weight of artwork, insurance and packaging.
TAX: 6% tax ......Pennsylvania..... now required to charge
FRAMING: Artwork is sold unframed unless stated as framed. If you would like your artwork framed: Go online and purchase the frame of your choice. You pay for it and have it shipped to my address. I will then frame it 'free of charge' and send the artwork to you framed. Although I am framing it free of charge the additional 'size and weight' of the frame will make the postage more costly. For that reason I will need an additional $30 for postage. Please make sure you have the frame GLUED together. I will not accept an unglued frame. You would not want me to glue it anyway. I am terrible at gluing frames straight!! Also make sure the frame is sent with wiring and clips to insert canvas in frame.
COMMISSION ART GUIDELINES AND POLICY INFORMATION: Please email me with the information of ‘what’ you would like to have painted and your ‘time’ that you need to have it finished and shipped. I will respond as to whether I will paint what you would like and my availability to finish in your time table.

You can send me the photos you want me to paint via email or actual photos via US Postal Service. If you send me actual photos I will return your materials with the artwork. Please see photo requirements at bottom page.
Once I have worked on the painting I will take digital photos of the art and email them to you. At that time you can makes minor change ( color, etc.) or approve the artwork. If you are not happy with the artwork, I will refund your deposit money. The artwork then becomes my property to sell as I wish.
If you are happy with the artwork, I will send you the price for the artwork, and shipping and tax charges.
TERMS / DOWN PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY: Although many artists require full payment before starting artwork, I only ask for a 25% down payment to start the artwork. I do not start the artwork until I have this down payment in my hands. This insures me you are sincere about wanting the artwork. Reason: There have been a few times when I have started someone’s artwork, (which means my time and art materials) and the client changed their mind (before I had time to show them the artwork). If you cancel AFTER I start the painting I do not refund the deposit money. I have already used my materials (paper, oils, etc) which cost me money.
PRIVACY POLICY: I do not share any information about you. If you do not want your art on my website please let me know. Any information about the art does not give away any of your personal information.
RUSH ORDER: If you need a RUSH ORDER, I request full payment before starting. This eliminates the waiting time for payment to be sent in the mail. If I have the full payment up front, then I can send the artwork out 'as soon as you approve it'. If you order from J.C. Penny catalog, you send then full payment first. As always if you are not happy with it your money will be refunded.
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: Please do not send me copyrighted photos taken at portrait studios such as Olans Mills, Sears, Penny’s, etc. unless you have copyright release allowing artists to use photo for artwork. Ask them for one when purchasing photos. Photos must be of good quality in size and focus. Do not send a 4x6 photo with the face being about the size of a dime in the photo. For a portrait the face should be at least half the photo to 3/4th of photo and clear focus. I reserve the right to cancel if the photo is not good enough quality for accurate representation.
RETURN POLICY OF ARTWORK: I would never want anyone to keep my artwork if they were not happy with it, therefore you may return the artwork, no questions asked, within one (2) weeks of receiving it. I will return the cost of the artwork to you. Postage charge is not returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling with insurance included. Damaged artwork will not be refunded if insurance was not included with the shipping.
Please note: This does not apply to commissioned orders that have been approved by the client.
ORDERING ORIGINAL ARTWORK FROM WEBSITE: Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing an original artwork. If you see an original artwork you are interested in, and you wish to "make an offer", please email me about the artwork. If you would like to see a larger preview of the artwork please contact me and I can email a larger file. Some of my artwork is sold on specific art sites and can be purchased from them.
Artist is not selling the copyright of any artworks of original art.

COUNTRIES other than USA.. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Overseas orders (countries other than USA) must be ‘prepaid ‘ through US shipping company, UPS, DHL, Fed EX.
I will package the artwork. When packaged I will notify the buyer with information on the size of the artwork and weight and dates available for pick up. At that time the purchaser will notify their choice of shipper to ‘pickup’ at the artist’s address. Please include insurance for artwork. Damaged artwork will not be refunded if insurance was not included with the shipping.
